- To set up and manage your RankKiwi account and public business profile page.
- To compile, format, and present customer feedback analytics in your dashboard.
- To run AI summary algorithms to detect trends and suggest business improvements.

- To send platform notifications, system updates, and answers to support tickets.

Our service integrates with the Google Business Profile API and redirects customers to external Google Review links. We do not control Google's privacy practices or their platform rules. We advise reviewing Google's Privacy Policy before linking accounts.
